4. Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, email loopnotofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it free of charge, subject to availability. See our Return & Refund Policy.
